Business systems
Custom softwarefor your business
Business systems, internal tools and portals that replace the spreadsheets and the apps that don't talk to each other. You see a working demo with your data before you pay anything.
What we build. Four kinds of system, depending on what your team still does by hand.
Internal tools
The workflows that live in email and Slack. Purchase approvals, internal requests, scheduling and tasks, with who asked, who approved and when.
Portals
Portals for customers and vendors. Customers check their order status, download invoices and pay without emailing you; vendors upload their paperwork.
Integrations
Connected to the tools you already use. QuickBooks, Stripe, HubSpot, WhatsApp and Google Sheets, through their APIs and without a big-bang migration.
What you keep. When we're done, the system is yours and runs without us.
The code
In a repository in your name, with the full history of every change.
The infrastructure
Servers and database in accounts you own. If you switch vendors, you take everything with you.
The documentation
How to use it, how to add a user, how backups work and where the credentials are.
The guarantee
If the system doesn't work for you, you get your money back. We carry the estimating risk.

How we work. From the first call to a system in production.
Step 01
Demo on your case
On the first call we look at how you work today. Within 24–48 hours you get a clickable demo of your system, free.
Questions. The ones we get before the first meeting.
At Atomix, a project runs USD 5,000 to 10,000 depending on scope: how many modules, how many user roles and which integrations. Only exceptional, much larger projects go above USD 10,000. The price is fixed in writing before we start.
The demo takes 24–48 hours. The production system takes under a month for most projects. The timeline is fixed together with the price, in the scope.
If an off-the-shelf product does what you need, buy it: it's cheaper up front. Custom makes sense when you're bending your process to fit the software, juggling three tools that don't sync, or paying per seat for features nobody uses.
You do. The code lives in a repository in your name and the system runs on servers in your name. If you ever want to continue with another team, you take everything.
Yes. We're based in Argentina, one to five hours ahead of US time zones depending on the coast and the season, so our working day overlaps yours. Weekly demos and calls happen in your hours.
The system runs without us. If you want, we continue with maintenance, monthly or per job, but it's optional and you decide once the system is live.
Does any of these look like what you need?
Half an hour, free, to understand what you need. If we can build it, you leave the call with the scope, the timeline and the price; if we can't, we tell you right there.
