If you don't like it, you get your money back

Software for your store, not inventory that never adds up.

A system built around how your store works: inventory at each location and online, and what each salesperson sells, in the same place. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most retail stores with one or several locations. None of this gets fixed with another spreadsheet.

  1. 01

A customer asks for a product and nobody knows whether it's in stock at this store or at the other location.

  2. 02

The customer who can't find what they came for goes to buy it from a competitor.

  3. 03

A product gets sold on a marketplace or the online store that was no longer on the shelf.

  4. 04

Some products haven't moved in months and take up room in the stockroom, and nobody caught it in time.

  5. 05

Nobody knows which salesperson sells the most or which one drives customers away.

  6. 06

The physical stock and what the system says don't match, and every inventory count takes a whole weekend.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your store's data.

01

Inventory across every store and the website. Each product with its units at each location, in the stockroom and in the online shop. Whoever is helping the customer sees right away where the item is and can request a transfer.

02

Online sales without overselling. When a product sells on one channel, the stock is reduced on all the others, so you don't list or sell what's no longer there.

03

Products that don't move. A list of what hasn't sold in months, sorted by money tied up, to decide what to mark down before it sits in the stockroom.

04

Sales by employee and by shift. How much each salesperson sells on each shift and at each location, with their average ticket, without closing out the numbers by hand.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

    Design and architecture

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for retail stores. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example many locations, in-house production or integration with several online sales channels.

It depends on each platform and on whether it offers a seller API. On the first call we confirm which ones you use and what each allows before it goes into the scope.

They're imported at the start. Migrating products, SKUs, prices and on-hand quantities for each location is part of the project, and we run an initial count so the system starts with numbers that match the stockroom.

If one fits how you work, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when how you run locations, stockroom and online channels doesn't fit the product's mold, or when the per-register or per-location subscription grows with every store you open. Sales tax handling depends on the rules of each state, and how to connect it is confirmed on the first call.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your store's inventory and sales.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
