Digitizing handwritten books and notebooks

The context
Notebooks, recipe books and annotated books that only exist on paper. Photographing them isn't enough: a photo can't be searched, and ordinary OCR returns plain text where the misread stays inside without anyone knowing which word it's in.
What the system does
- Page detection, deskewing and text reading, printed or handwritten
- Words flagged one by one when the reading isn't certain, with the reason
- Correction by picking among the possible readings, without retyping
- Title, summary and tags proposed from the content
- Search across the transcribed text of everything scanned, not just the titles
