It connects through an API to the CRM your business already uses, and to text messaging, email and phone. If there's no CRM, the agent can keep the records in one that we build as part of the project. Which ones are used is defined in the scope.

Your business sets it: how many attempts, on which channel, at what times and when to stop. The agent follows those rules and doesn't write outside them.

From USD 3,000 to build it, plus maintenance from USD 300 a month. The exact price depends on the process and the integrations: we scope it on the first call and fix the price in writing. AI model usage is billed separately.

It says so and hands the conversation to a person with the full history. When it hands off, and which actions need sign-off from someone on your team, is defined during scoping.
