Fuel control for a fleet
The demo is a recreation of the system, with made-up data: the original belongs to the client and is not published. No sign-up needed.

The context
A twenty-five vehicle fleet that fuels at its own pump and at highway stations. Consumption was checked by comparing receipts against the supplier's delivery note, a month after fueling, and the yard's twenty-thousand-liter tank wasn't reconciled against anything.
What the system does
- Fill-ups by vehicle and by driver, with the current odometer as a required field
- Observed efficiency against each vehicle's target, fill-up by fill-up
- Machinery measured in liters per hour, not in kilometers per liter
- Reconciliation of your own tank: what the system says is left against what the dipstick measures
- Five rules that find the night fill-up, the one that doesn't fit in the tank and the odometer that doesn't move
- Cost per kilometer and per hour, and how much fueling at your own pump saves
