If you don't like it, you get your money back

An AI agent for your hotel, that answers at two in the morning.

It replies on WhatsApp, SMS and your website with the hotel's availability and rates, takes the booking and looks after guests for their whole stay. Whatever it can't answer goes to the front desk with the full history.

What happens today at most hotels. Almost all of it starts with a message nobody answers in time.

  1. 01

A traveler writes at two in the morning to ask if you have a room this weekend, and the reply only goes out once the front desk opens.

  2. 02

By the time the hotel answers, the traveler has already booked the hotel across the street.

  3. 03

The front desk is on the phone while a line of guests waits at the counter.

  4. 04

The same questions about breakfast hours and parking come in all day, on every channel.

  5. 05

A booking that could have been direct ends up coming through Booking.com or Expedia, commission included.

  6. 06

Guest questions during the stay get answered whenever someone at the front desk is free.

What the agent does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your hotel's data.

01

Answers with real availability and rates. It replies in seconds, at any hour, with the rooms open for those dates, their photos and their rate, read from the hotel's reservation system.

02

Takes the booking and collects the deposit. It enters the direct booking with the guest's details and sends a payment link for the deposit. The room is held once the payment clears.

03

Handles the everyday questions. Breakfast, parking, check-in, pets: it answers with the hotel's information, and the front desk takes care of the guests standing at the counter.

04

Looks after guests during the stay. It answers whatever guests need while they're staying, and anything that needs a person —a complaint, a special request— goes to the front desk with the whole conversation.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

    Design and architecture

  3. Step 03

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about the AI agent for hotels. The ones we hear most before the first call.

WhatsApp, SMS and the chat on the hotel's website. Other channels, like Instagram or email, are added if the hotel uses them to receive inquiries, and are defined in the scope.

Yes, when the system offers a way to integrate, through an API or exports. Which one you use and what it allows is confirmed on the first call, before it goes into the scope. Without that connection, the agent can't confirm availability.

From USD 3,000 to build it, plus maintenance from USD 300 a month. The exact price depends on the process and the integrations: we scope it on the first call and fix the price in writing. AI model usage is billed separately.

It says so and hands the conversation to a person with the full history. When it hands off, and which actions need sign-off from someone on your team, is defined during scoping.

First we build a demo with real cases from your business, so you see how it responds before it's connected to anything in production. Then it's connected with minimum permissions, every action is logged, and for the first few weeks everything it does gets reviewed.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
