The context
A cleaning company with staff spread across twenty buildings. Knowing whether someone had shown up depended on the building manager calling to say they hadn't, so absences were found out late and coverage was sorted by phone, calling whoever was free. What the client is billed for is attendance, and there was no record of attendance.
What the system does
- Assignment grid by building, shift and person
- On-site clock-in and same-day absence coverage
- Task report per service, with what the client signed off
