If you don't like it, you get your money back

An AI agent for your online store, that answers at eleven at night.

It replies by text and Instagram with the store's stock and prices, tells customers where each order is and writes to whoever left a cart behind. Whatever it can't answer goes to a person with the history.

What happens today at most online stores. The sale isn't lost on price, but on the reply that never came.

  1. 01

At eleven at night, people ask whether your size is in stock, what shipping costs and whether you offer financing.

  2. 02

By the time the store replies in the morning, the customer has already bought somewhere else.

  3. 03

A hundred times a day the same question comes in: where is my order?

  4. 04

Abandoned carts just sit there, and nobody writes to the person who left them.

  5. 05

Instagram messages get lost among everything else.

  6. 06

Answering the same thing all day keeps someone busy who could be packing orders.

What the agent does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your store's products.

01

Answers with real stock and prices. It replies instantly, at any hour, with the size or variant in stock, the price, the shipping cost to that zip code and the payment options, all read from the store.

02

Tells customers where each order is. It answers order status with the carrier's tracking information, without anyone having to look it up.

03

Recovers abandoned carts. It writes to whoever left items in the cart, answers the question that stopped them and sends the link to finish the purchase.

04

Text and Instagram in one place. It handles both channels with the same information, and anything that needs a person reaches the team with the full conversation.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

  2. Step 02

    Design and architecture

The blueprint: screens and data model, approved by you. You see them before a line of code exists, so changing something costs a conversation instead of a week.

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about the AI agent for ecommerce. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Yes, it connects through an API to the store's platform to read products, stock, prices and orders. If the store is custom-built, it connects to its database or its API. Which platform you use is confirmed on the first call.

Only if the business sets it up that way and within the limits you define, for example a coupon to recover a cart. Anything outside those rules is decided by a person.

From USD 3,000 to build it, plus maintenance from USD 300 a month. The exact price depends on the process and the integrations: we scope it on the first call and fix the price in writing. AI model usage is billed separately.

It says so and hands the conversation to a person with the full history. When it hands off, and which actions need sign-off from someone on your team, is defined during scoping.

First we build a demo with real cases from your business, so you see how it responds before it's connected to anything in production. Then it's connected with minimum permissions, every action is logged, and for the first few weeks everything it does gets reviewed.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
