The context
Support teams answering the same twenty questions every day, with the right answer written in documents the customer never reads, and who also need to look at the ERP to answer half of them. A menu tree doesn't cover them —the question never fits whole into an option— and a model on its own makes up exactly the ones that depend on the data.
What the system does

- Tools: the agent queries your systems and answers with the real figure
- Live testing with the source and the tool call in view
- Connects to WhatsApp, Instagram, Slack, Telegram and a web widget
- Conversation log, including what went unanswered
