If you don't like it, you get your money back

Software for your real estate agency, not another spreadsheet.

A system built around how your brokerage works: listings, leads, showings and leases in the same place. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most real estate agencies. None of this gets fixed with another spreadsheet.

  1. 01

Inquiries about each listing come in by text, email and the listing portals, and nobody puts them in one place.

  2. 02

Leads live in a notebook or in the phone of whichever agent picked up.

  3. 03

Listing photos sit on each agent's phone.

  4. 04

Showings get scheduled over text messages, and more than once two of them land on the same time slot.

  5. 05

Rentals and lease end dates are tracked in separate spreadsheets, and a renewal slips by.

  6. 06

At the end of the month nobody really knows which agent is closing deals and which isn't.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your agency's data.

01

Every listing with its history. Photos, details, price, leads and showings on the same record. What you enter once is what you use to publish on the portals and to answer the next inquiry.

02

Leads that don't get lost. Every inquiry comes in tagged with its source —text, portal or your website— and is assigned to an agent, with the follow-up visible until it closes or is dropped.

03

Leases with their key dates. Rentals with their rent increases, payments and renewal date. The system warns you before a lease expires, not after.

04

What each deal brings in. A dashboard with the month's deals, the commission on each one and what every agent is closing, without building a spreadsheet at month end.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

    Design and architecture

The blueprint: screens and data model, approved by you. You see them before a line of code exists, so changing something costs a conversation instead of a week.

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for real estate agencies. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example several offices plus integrations with systems you already use.

Yes, when the portal or MLS offers a way to integrate, either an API or a listing feed. On the first call we confirm which ones you use and what each allows before it goes into the scope.

They're imported at the start. Migrating your existing spreadsheets is part of the project: the system starts with your listings, leads and leases loaded, not empty.

If one fits how you work, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when your process doesn't fit the product's mold, or when the per-agent subscription ends up costing more than owning the system.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your agency's workflow.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
