Learnpath
The platform of an academy that lives on people finishing
The demo is a recreation of the system, with made-up data: the original belongs to the client and is not published. No sign-up needed.

The context
An online school doesn't live on enrolling: it lives on people finishing. Whoever drops out at lesson seven doesn't renew, doesn't buy the second course and doesn't recommend it, and since eighty percent of a small academy's sales come from referrals, that lost student isn't one sale: it's three. Almost the whole category is organized around how many signed up, which is the number that feels good and the one you can't move.
What the system does
- Completion next to each lesson: you see at a glance that a third of the course drops off at lesson 7
- And then the exact minute. The retention curve and the rewind curve on the same chart: where they line up, someone tried to understand, couldn't, and left. You re-record two minutes, not sixteen
- The grading queue sorted by days waiting and not by date: it's the one product metric you can fix this afternoon, and when it dropped from 3.1 to 1.8 days completion rose nine points without recording anything
- At-risk students with the reason and the message that brings them back, not with days since last login: three different reasons need three different messages, and a list of inactive users mixes them
- The overdue payment and the days since last login in the same row, because they're the same problem: whoever stops paying stopped showing up first
- Cohorts instead of an overall average, which is the only way to tell whether the course improved without the number getting worse when sales go well
- Certificates with a verifiable code, and the count of how many times someone went to check it: that's the argument you sell the next course with
