Every load with its driver and truck. Origin, destination, freight, driver, truck and load status on one screen. You see which unit is loaded, which is returning empty and which is free for the next load.

Proof of delivery with photo and signature. The driver opens the load on a phone and closes the delivery with a photo of the freight and the receiver's signature. The digital bill of lading reaches the office right away, with no paper coming back.

Live tracking for the customer. The customer opens a link and sees where their shipment is along the route. If a load runs late, dispatch sees it before the customer calls.

What each load brings in. Fuel, tolls, per diem and driver pay against what was billed, load by load and truck by truck, in a chart you don't have to build at month end.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example a large fleet with telematics on every unit plus integration with your customers' systems.

It depends on the telematics provider and on each customer's system: some offer an API and others don't. On the first call we confirm which devices and systems you use before they go into the scope.

They're imported at the start. Customers, drivers, trucks and load history are loaded as part of the project, so the system starts with your data and not empty.

If one fits how you operate, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when the way you build loads, close out deliveries or calculate profitability doesn't fit the product's mold.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your company's workflow.
