The context
A refrigeration service company with four crews on the road. Dispatch was done by phone and with magnets on a paper map: nobody knew where each vehicle was or whether the job that just came in could be done on time.
What the system does
- Live map with the fleet, the day's routes and the coverage zones
- Drag-and-drop dispatch: assigning a job recalculates route, times and end of shift
- Reorder a crew's stops and immediately see which ones fall outside their window
- Arrival commitment by zone and priority, measured against what actually happened
- Status of each vehicle: fuel, odometer and miles to the next service
