The context
A back office where everything arrives on paper or as a PDF: supplier invoices, contracts, purchase orders, delivery notes, policies. Someone opens them one by one, copies the data into a system and files the document in a folder named however they felt like naming it.
What the system does
- Automatic classification: the system recognizes what kind of document came in
- Field extraction following each type's schema, with the crop in view
- Your own validation rules, including the ones that cross two documents
- Human review only of what doesn't add up, not of everything
- Output to the ERP, to a spreadsheet or to a webhook, already validated
