The context

Someone with a weekly cleaning doesn't hire it every week: they set it up once and have run it over WhatsApp ever since. «Not this week», «can you come Thursday?», «I'll leave the key with the doorman». It works until the usual person can't make it and nobody says so, or until you have to explain to someone new where the key is and that the dog bites. What's missing isn't an app for hiring: it's the calendar of a relationship that already exists.

What the system does

• The opening screen is the next cleaning —when, who's coming and what's getting done—, not a catalog: whoever opens this is already a client
• The recurring schedule is picked once and moved when it needs moving. Skipping a week is one tap and not a conversation, which is exactly what it is over text today
• Entry notes live in the profile and not in one person's head: where the key is, the door code, the dog. When someone new goes, they go knowing
• Extras get added in passing —oven, windows, inside the closets— and each one says how much time it adds, because asking for three extras on a two-hour cleaning is asking for another visit
• You see who's coming, with a name and a face, before they ring the bell. It's the difference between opening the door to someone and opening the door to a stranger
• Rescheduling has a rule that's written down and in plain sight: free up to a certain hour and charged after that, because the crew already left. The condition sits before the button, not in the terms
• And the rating asks about what can be fixed —was anything missed, did they show up late— instead of asking for stars, which is a number nobody can correct anything with
