If you don't like it, you get your money back

Software for your distribution business, not orders by text message.

A system built around how your distributor sells: orders, price lists, inventory and each customer's account in the same place. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most distributors. None of this gets fixed with another spreadsheet.

  1. 01

Orders arrive by text and voicemail at all hours, as audio, photos of lists and loose messages.

  2. 02

The price list is a PDF that goes stale the moment a supplier's cost changes.

  3. 03

Inventory sits in a spreadsheet nobody updates, and you sell product you no longer have.

  4. 04

Sales reps write orders on paper and somebody retypes them at the office.

  5. 05

Each customer's account is in a notebook, with checks and partial payments that are hard to follow.

  6. 06

When it's time to collect, nobody is sure who owes what or since when.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your distributor's data.

01

Every customer with their price list and account. Each customer has their own price list or discount, payment terms and balance. Checks and partial payments are applied to the invoices they pay off.

02

Orders that enter themselves from a phone. The rep takes the order on a phone, with current pricing and stock, even without a signal. The order reaches the office without being retyped.

03

Inventory up to date. Every order draws down inventory and every purchase from a supplier replenishes it. You see what needs reordering before you sell what you no longer have.

04

What each product brings in. A dashboard with margin by product, by customer and by rep, plus the list of who owes and for how long, without building a spreadsheet at month end.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

  2. Step 02

    Design and architecture

The blueprint: screens and data model, approved by you. You see them before a line of code exists, so changing something costs a conversation instead of a week.

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for wholesale distributors. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example several warehouses, your own delivery fleet and integration with an invoicing system you already use.

It depends on each system: some offer an API and others only let you export files. On the first call we confirm what you use and what each one allows before it goes into the scope. Tax handling, such as sales tax, is set up according to the rules of the states where you operate.

They're imported at the start. Customers, products, price lists and account balances are loaded as part of the project, so the system starts with your data and not empty.

If one fits how you sell, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when per-customer price lists, order taking in the field or check handling don't fit the product's mold.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your distributor's workflow.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
