What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your school's data.

Enrollment and tuition without manual confirmation. The student enrolls and pays online, and tuition is charged automatically each month. Anyone who stops paying is flagged the same day, not halfway through the course.

Classes with a login per student. Each student reaches their course's classes with their own login. If they fall behind on payments, access is suspended, and the videos stop circulating on an open link.

Certificates that issue themselves. When a student finishes the course, the certificate is generated with their name, the course and the date, ready to download and verify.

What each course brings in. Enrollments, tuition collected, dropouts and instructor hours per course on one dashboard, to decide which ones to run again and which to close.

Yes, when the processor offers an API for payments and recurring billing. On the first call we confirm which payment methods your students use and what each processor allows before it goes into the scope.

They're imported at the start. Migrating your existing student lists, courses and tuition history is part of the project: the system starts with your data loaded, not empty.

If one fits how you work, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when your enrollment, billing or certification doesn't fit the platform's mold, or when paying per student or per course ends up costing more than owning the system.
