A record for every client. Contact details, treatments done, before and after photos, notes and the sessions left on each package, all on the same record and visible to whoever is seeing her.

Scheduling by treatment room. Each room and each provider with their own schedule. If an appointment is canceled, the system offers the slot to someone on the waitlist, and flags when a client stops coming in.

Inventory that drops with each treatment. Each treatment deducts the products it uses. The system flags what is about to run out and what is getting close to its expiration date.

Commissions without a calculator. Each provider with their treatments for the period and the commission they're owed at the agreed percentage, ready to pay out without recalculating.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example a chain with several locations and online product sales.

Yes, with a booking link that shows the real availability of each room and provider. On the first call we confirm which contact channels you use today and how they connect to the system before it goes into the scope.

They're imported at the start. Migrating your client records, the active packages with their remaining sessions and your current inventory is part of the project: the system starts with your data loaded, not empty.

If one fits how you work, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when your packages, rooms with different equipment or commissions don't fit the product's mold, or when the per-provider subscription ends up costing more than owning the system.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your clinic's workflow.
