If you don't like it, you get your money back

Software for your plant, not another spreadsheet.

A system built around how your plant works: production orders, materials, machines and the cost of each part in the same place. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most manufacturers. None of this gets fixed with another spreadsheet.

  1. 01

The line stops because a raw material ran out that nobody ordered in time, and nobody had seen that stock was getting low.

  2. 02

A customer complains about an order that sales says already shipped but is still in production.

  3. 03

A machine always breaks at the worst moment, because preventive maintenance is written in a notebook and gets pushed back.

  4. 04

Scrap goes in the bin and nobody counts it, so nobody knows which part or which shift is producing it.

  5. 05

When quoting, nobody knows what it really costs to make each part, between materials, machine hours and waste.

  6. 06

The operator writes down the parts produced on paper that gets keyed into the office system the next day, with errors.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your plant's data.

01

Complete production orders. Each order with its materials, assigned machine, due date and progress. If a raw material is short, the system flags it before the order is released.

02

Logging at the machine. The operator records good parts and scrap from a tablet next to the machine, with the reason for the scrap, and the office sees it right away, with no paper to re-enter.

03

Maintenance with alerts. Each machine with its maintenance plan by hours of use or by date, and a notice before it's due, so you stop it at a time you choose and not when it breaks.

04

The real cost of each part. Materials, machine hours, labor and scrap for each part, with the calculated cost shown next to the quote, so you're not quoting by guesswork.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

  2. Step 02

    Design and architecture

The blueprint: screens and data model, approved by you. You see them before a line of code exists, so changing something costs a conversation instead of a week.

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

That it works with your data and your people, not just on our machines. We load real cases and someone from your team tries it before it goes live.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for manufacturers. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example several plants or a direct connection to the machines to read production in real time.

It depends on what each ERP and each machine offers, whether an API, a database or exported files. On the first call we confirm which systems and equipment you have and what each allows before it goes into the scope.

They're imported at the start. Migrating your products, their bills of materials, raw material inventory and open orders is part of the project: the system starts with your data loaded, not empty.

If one fits how your plant works, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when your production process doesn't fit the ERP's mold, or when the implementation and licenses of a large one weigh more than what the plant needs.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your plant's production workflow.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
