Software for your law firm, not another folder tree.

A system built around how your firm works: each matter with its deadlines, its filings and its updates in the same place. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most law firms. None of this gets fixed with another shared drive.

  1. 01

Clients call all day to ask how their case is going, and every call interrupts an attorney who is in the middle of drafting.

  2. 02

A court deadline nearly slips by among three hundred matters, because the dates live in each attorney's personal calendar.

  3. 03

Briefs and motions live in folders on each computer, in versions called "final", "final 2" and "final FINAL".

  4. 04

To find out where a matter stands you have to dig up the file or ask the attorney handling it.

  5. 05

Hearings, service of process and notices are noted in different places, and nobody sees the whole picture for the firm.

  6. 06

Every new filing is built from scratch, even though the firm has already drafted dozens like it.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your firm's data.

01

Every matter with its digital file. Parties, court, status, filings, documents and docket activity on the same record. Whoever opens the matter sees right away what stage it's in and what's missing.

02

Deadlines and hearings with alerts. Each court deadline and hearing entered with its date, assigned to an attorney and with reminders before it comes due, so none of it depends on a personal calendar.

03

Client updates. Each development in the matter reaches the client through the channel they choose, or they check it in their own portal. Calling to ask how the case is going stops being the way they find out.

04

AI assistant with the firm's data. Ask it about any matter and it answers from what's loaded in it, and it drafts a filing from the firm's own templates and earlier matters, for the attorney to review and sign.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

  2. Step 02

    Design and architecture

The blueprint: screens and data model, approved by you. You see them before a line of code exists, so changing something costs a conversation instead of a week.

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for law firms. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example automatic docket lookups across several courts or an AI assistant trained on a large library of filings.

It depends on the court: some offer electronic filing or docket services and others don't. On the first call we confirm which ones the firm uses and what each allows before it goes into the scope.

They're imported at the start. Migrating your open matters, their current deadlines and the existing documents is part of the project: the system starts with your files loaded, not empty.

The system runs on infrastructure in the firm's name, with per-user access and permissions per matter, so each attorney sees only what applies to them. What information the AI would use and where it's processed is agreed with the firm before we start, because of attorney-client privilege.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your firm's workflow.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
