If you don't like it, you get your money back

Software for your laundry, not handwritten tickets.

A system built around how your laundry works: every order with its ticket and status, pickups and deliveries, and the pounds washed each day. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most laundries and dry cleaners. None of this gets fixed with another notebook.

  1. 01

Orders come in by text and phone, and nobody puts them in one place.

  2. 02

Handwritten tickets get lost or wet, and afterward there's no way to know what each customer dropped off.

  3. 03

There's always a customer who comes for a garment and nobody can find it among the bags.

  4. 04

Nobody knows how many pounds were washed in a day or how much each machine handled.

  5. 05

Pickups and home deliveries are arranged over text, and the driver leaves without a clear route.

  6. 06

Detergent and softener run out right when it's busiest, because nobody keeps count.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your laundry's data.

01

Every order with its ticket and status. When the clothes are received, a ticket is generated with the items, the service and the ready date. The order moves through received, washing, pressing and ready, and can be found by name or number.

02

Text message when it's ready. When an order is marked ready, the customer gets a message automatically, with the amount due and pickup hours. Nobody calls to let them know or comes in to ask.

03

Pickups and deliveries in order. Pickups and home deliveries are listed by day and by zone, with the address and what to collect at each stop.

04

Pounds, supplies and revenue by service. Pounds washed each day, detergent and softener use with a reorder alert, and how much each service brought in: wash and fold by the pound, dry cleaning, comforters.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

  2. Step 02

    Design and architecture

The blueprint: screens and data model, approved by you. You see them before a line of code exists, so changing something costs a conversation instead of a week.

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for laundries and dry cleaners. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example a chain with several locations and a central cleaning plant.

Yes, it's one of the core pieces. How they're sent depends on the messaging channel chosen for your business (SMS or WhatsApp), and that's confirmed on the first call along with the cost of the messaging service.

They're imported at the start. Customers, services and per-pound or per-item rates are loaded as part of the project, so the system starts with your data and not empty.

If one fits how you work, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when your laundry combines services, such as wash and fold by the pound, dry cleaning and delivery, in a way the program doesn't handle.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your laundry's workflow.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
