If you don't like it, you get your money back

Software for your import business, not a thousand emails with paperwork.

A system built around how your company imports: every shipment with its documents, its tracking and the landed cost of each product. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most import companies. None of this gets fixed with another spreadsheet.

  1. 01

Commercial invoices, packing lists and customs paperwork are scattered across a thousand emails.

  2. 02

Nobody knows which port each container is sitting in or when it reaches the warehouse.

  3. 03

The landed cost of each product is worked out by hand, adding freight, insurance, duties and fees.

  4. 04

Freight, duties and exchange rates live in different spreadsheets, and they don't match each other.

  5. 05

When the selling price gets set, nobody knows whether the product makes money or sells at a loss.

  6. 06

What arrived in each shipment is never checked against inventory: the goods are counted by hand at receiving.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your company's data.

01

Every shipment with its own file. Invoices, packing list, bill of lading and customs entry in the same file, with the shipment status: at origin, in transit, at port or at the warehouse.

02

Landed cost calculated for you. The system adds freight, insurance, duties and fees to the factory price, and spreads the cost across the products in the shipment at the exchange rate that applies.

03

Inventory up to date. When goods are received they're logged against the shipment and inventory updates. Each lot keeps the cost it came in at, even if exchange rates move later.

04

What each container brings in. A dashboard with the cost, sales and margin of each shipment and each product, without building a separate calculation at month end.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

    Design and architecture

The blueprint: screens and data model, approved by you. You see them before a line of code exists, so changing something costs a conversation instead of a week.

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for importers. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example several companies or warehouses plus an integration with your customs broker or an accounting system you already use.

It depends on what each one offers: some have an API and others only exchange files. On the first call we confirm what you use and what each tool allows before it goes into the scope.

They're imported at the start. Migrating your open shipments, products and historical costs is part of the project: the system starts with your data loaded, not empty.

If one fits how you import, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when the way you calculate landed cost or track a shipment doesn't fit the product's mold, or when you end up paying for modules you don't use.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your company's workflow.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
