What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your practice's data.

Patient records and tooth charting. Each patient with their chart, their digital tooth chart, their X-rays and the treatments done tooth by tooth, to compare the condition from one visit to the next.

Appointments that confirm themselves. The patient gets a text reminder and confirms or cancels with a reply. If they cancel, the slot opens on the schedule and is offered to the waitlist.

Estimates and payments up to date. The estimate for each treatment with its phases, and the payment plan for orthodontic installments with its due dates. The system flags who has a late payment and reminds the patient.

What each chair produces. A monthly dashboard with what each chair and each provider billed, and the schedule hours that went unfilled.

Questions about software for dental practices. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example a group of practices, an in-house lab or integration with digital radiography equipment.

It depends on each insurer and each device, and on whether they offer a way to integrate, either an API or a file exchange. On the first call we confirm which ones you work with and what each allows before it goes into the scope.

Patients in spreadsheets or another program are imported at the start. Paper charts are moved over in stages, starting with patients in active treatment. Clinical data is handled with role-based permissions and access logs, built to meet HIPAA requirements where they apply.

If one fits how you work, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when how you handle estimates, orthodontic payment plans and per-chair scheduling doesn't fit the product's mold, or when the monthly per-provider subscription grows with every dentist you add.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your practice's schedule, charts and treatments.
