If you don't like it, you get your money back

Software for your construction company, not costs in three spreadsheets.

A system built around how your company works: the budget, costs, materials and progress of each job in the same place. You own the code and the data.

Free demoYou own the codeBuilt around your business

What happens today at most construction companies. None of this gets fixed with another spreadsheet.

  1. 01

Job site photos arrive by text, mixed in with everything else, and aren't tied to any phase.

  2. 02

Delivery tickets for materials get lost in the truck, and the supplier's invoice shows up without its proof of delivery.

  3. 03

Nobody really knows how much concrete, rebar or lumber is left at each job until it runs out.

  4. 04

The costs of a single job are written down in three spreadsheets that don't match.

  5. 05

Each crew's hours are logged in a notebook, and what's owed is only calculated at the end of the pay period.

  6. 06

By the time anyone finds out the job went over budget, the money is spent and there's nothing left to correct.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your company's data.

01

Every job with its budget. The budget by cost code and the actual cost of the job, side by side. The system warns you when a line reaches the percentage of its budget you set, before it goes over.

02

Progress with the day's photos. Each crew's daily reports and photos are entered from a phone, tied to the job and the phase. Progress stays organized by date instead of lost in a chat.

03

Materials and delivery tickets by job. Each delivery ticket is logged against the job that received the material. Each job's inventory updates with deliveries and usage, and the supplier's invoice is matched to its delivery ticket.

04

Profit on each job. A monthly dashboard with what was billed, spent and the margin on each job, including crew hours, without pulling spreadsheets together to build it.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

  2. Step 02

    Design and architecture

The blueprint: screens and data model, approved by you. You see them before a line of code exists, so changing something costs a conversation instead of a week.

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for construction companies. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example many jobs running at once, subcontractors with pay applications and a connection to the accounting system.

Estimates built in spreadsheets are imported. Connecting to an accounting system such as QuickBooks, or to an estimating program, depends on whether it offers an API or file exports, and we confirm it on the first call before it goes into the scope.

Jobs in progress can be loaded with their budget and what's been spent to date. Migrating those spreadsheets is part of the project, so the system follows each job from where it is and not from zero.

If one fits how you work, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when how your company budgets, pays crews and certifies progress doesn't fit the product's mold, or when per-user or per-project pricing gets expensive.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with one of your jobs, its budget and its costs.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
