If you don't like it, you get your money back

Software for your dealership, not an inventory spreadsheet.

A system built around how your dealership works: vehicles, leads, trade-ins and the paperwork for each sale in the same place. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most car dealerships. None of this gets fixed with another spreadsheet.

  1. 01

The texts and messages fill up with "is it still available?" and "what would you give me for mine?", and the same answers go out a hundred times a day.

  2. 02

The customer who was ready to buy cools off while waiting for a reply.

  3. 03

Trade-ins taken as part of a deal get written in a notebook, with no appraisal history and no record of what they cost to recondition.

  4. 04

Inventory sits in a spreadsheet nobody updates, and a car that already sold gets offered.

  5. 05

One salesperson doesn't know what another promised the same customer.

  6. 06

The paperwork for each sale, like the deposit, the contract and the title transfer, floats around everywhere, and at the end of the month nobody knows how much was made on each car.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your dealership's data.

01

Every vehicle with its leads. Each car with its photos, its price and every inquiry it received, whether from text, a listing site or the showroom. It's assigned to a salesperson, with the history of what the customer was told.

02

Trade-ins appraised and costed. The trade-in that comes in as part of a deal is appraised in the system and adds what was spent to recondition it: shop work, detailing, title and registration. You know what each one cost before you put a price on it.

03

Real inventory, no notebook. New and used units with their status: available, on hold, in recon or sold. It changes when the salesperson logs the hold, not when someone remembers to update the spreadsheet.

04

Gross profit per car. Each sale with its deposit and its documents, and a monthly chart of what each vehicle brought in, without opening a single folder.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

    Design and architecture

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for car dealerships. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example several locations, an in-house service shop with repair orders or connections to manufacturer systems.

Yes, when the site offers a way to integrate, either an API or a listing feed. On the first call we confirm which sites you use and what each allows before it goes into the scope.

They're imported at the start. Migrating current inventory, trade-ins on hand and open deals is part of the project, so the system starts with your vehicles loaded, not empty.

If one fits how you work, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when your dealership's flow of appraisal, hold and delivery doesn't fit the product's mold, or when the per-user subscription grows with every salesperson you add. The documents for each sale vary by state, and they're defined on the first call.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your dealership's inventory and sales.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
