If you don't like it, you get your money back

Software for your apparel business, not a cutting notebook.

A system built around how your shop or factory produces: every order with its styles, sizes and progress, and fabric and trims up to date. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most apparel shops and factories. None of this gets fixed with another spreadsheet.

  1. 01

Orders arrive by text and email, with styles and sizes written a dozen different ways.

  2. 02

Cuts are logged in a notebook, and nobody knows how many garments came out of each one.

  3. 03

Nobody knows how much fabric is left in each color or how many yards went into each cut.

  4. 04

Outside sewing contractors have the garments, and the factory doesn't know how many there are or when they'll be back.

  5. 05

Styles, size runs and tech packs are kept in separate spreadsheets.

  6. 06

When a delivery goes out late, the customer has already found another supplier.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your production data.

01

Every order with its styles and sizes. The order carries its styles, colors and size run, and turns into cutting orders. Each order shows what stage it's in: cutting, sewing, finishing or shipping.

02

Fabric and trims up to date. Fabric inventory by color and by roll, and trims such as buttons, zippers, labels and thread. Each cut draws down what it used, and the system warns you when you're short for the next order.

03

Each contractor tracked from a phone. Each outside contractor has their lots assigned, with how many garments they received, how many they returned and how many are still out. What you owe them comes from what they delivered.

04

What each garment brings in. The cost of fabric, trims, cutting and sewing against the selling price, garment by garment and style by style, without building a separate calculation at month end.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

  2. Step 02

    Design and architecture

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for apparel and textile companies. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example a factory with several plants, connected machines and many outside contractors at once.

It depends on each system or piece of equipment: some offer an API or export files and others don't. On the first call we confirm what you use and what each one allows before it goes into the scope.

They're imported at the start. Styles with their size runs, fabrics with their yardage by color and customers are loaded as part of the project, so the system starts with your data and not empty.

If one fits how you produce, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when working with outside contractors or the way you build cuts doesn't fit the product's mold, or when you pay for modules production doesn't use.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your shop's or factory's workflow.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
