If you don't like it, you get your money back

Software for your farm operation, not three spreadsheets per season.

A system built around how your operation works: fields, field operations, inputs and the costs of each season in the same place. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most farms and agribusinesses. None of this gets fixed with another spreadsheet.

  1. 01

Field reports arrive by text message, mixed in with photos and voice notes, and nobody enters them into a record.

  2. 02

Nobody really knows how much diesel went into each field, because fuel is logged per tractor and not per job.

  3. 03

The expenses for each season are spread across three spreadsheets that don't match each other.

  4. 04

Seed and chemical inventory in the shed is estimated by eye, and a product turns out to be missing on the day of the application.

  5. 05

Planting, spraying and harvest jobs are written in a notebook that stays in the truck.

  6. 06

When harvest closes, nobody knows whether each field made money or ate it up in costs.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your operation's data.

01

Every field with its season. Acreage, crop, dates, field operations and inputs for each field on one record per season. Costs are added to that field from day one, not at the end.

02

Field work from a phone. The foreman logs the job, the inputs and the fuel from the field, with photos, and it works without a signal: everything syncs when the connection comes back.

03

Shed inventory up to date. Seed, fertilizer and chemicals with their receipts and the amount used on each job. The system warns you when a product drops below its minimum before the next application.

04

What each field brought in. At the close of the season, a chart with revenue, direct costs and margin for each field, without pulling spreadsheets together to build it.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

    Design and architecture

The blueprint: screens and data model, approved by you. You see them before a line of code exists, so changing something costs a conversation instead of a week.

  3. Step 03

    Development

You see progress every week and give feedback on something real, not on a status report. We build with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, on Neon and Supabase.

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about software for farms and agribusiness. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example several farms in different regions plus connections to scales or yield monitors.

It depends on each device and on whether its manufacturer offers a way to integrate, either an API or file exports. On the first call we confirm what you use today and what each one allows before it goes into the scope.

It's imported at the start. Migrating the fields, field operations and costs from the seasons you want to keep is part of the project, so each field's historical margin can be compared with the current season's.

If one fits how you work, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when how you run the operation doesn't fit the product's mold, when per-acre or per-user pricing gets expensive, or when you need the data to live in a system you own.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your operation's field and job workflow.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
