If you don't like it, you get your money back

Payroll software for your company, not adding up timecards by hand.

A system built around how your company runs payroll: the hours from the time clock, overtime and holiday pay, the direct deposit file and each employee's pay stub. You own the code and the data.

What happens today at most companies with a large workforce. None of this gets fixed with another spreadsheet.

  1. 01

The biweekly pay period closes and each employee's clock hours get added up by hand.

  2. 02

Overtime gets argued afterward: on Monday employees are claiming hours that weren't paid.

  3. 03

Someone who worked a holiday doesn't get the premium pay, and the mistake shows up in a complaint.

  4. 04

The direct deposit file for the bank is built by hand and gets rejected over one wrong digit.

  5. 05

Every employee asks about their pay stub, and someone in admin has to find it, print it or resend it.

  6. 06

Hires, terminations, PTO and deductions live in spreadsheets separate from payroll.

What the system does. Each piece answers one of those problems, with your company's rules.

01

Hours calculated from the time clock. You upload the time clock file and the system separates regular, overtime and holiday hours according to the overtime and holiday pay rules your company follows, with every exception flagged for review.

02

Payroll with its line items. Wages, differentials, deductions, PTO and employer taxes in a single payroll run per pay period, with the detail of how each amount was reached.

03

Direct deposit file ready to pay. Once payroll is closed, the ACH file is generated in the format your bank requires and validated before you upload it, to avoid rejections over bad account data.

04

Each employee's pay stub on their phone. Each employee logs in and sees their pay stubs, hours and PTO balance without going through admin. Every pay stub is saved with its date.

How we work. From idea to production in under a month, with no months of discovery before you see something working.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We work out what your company does and which part hurts most. Half an hour on a call, not a three-week audit: the scope and the price come out of it, both closed.

    Design and architecture

The blueprint: screens and data model, approved by you. You see them before a line of code exists, so changing something costs a conversation instead of a week.

  3. Step 03

    Development

Shall we start?

Thirty minutes, no strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.

Book a call

Questions about payroll and HR software. The ones we hear most before the first call.

Between USD 5,000 and 10,000 depending on scope, with the price fixed in writing before we start. Only exceptional projects go above USD 10,000, for example several companies or states, each with its own payroll rules and employer taxes.

It depends on the equipment and the bank: many time clocks export a file, and banks ask for their own format for bulk payments. On the first call we confirm which time clock and which bank you use, and what format is needed.

Your company's rules, such as overtime, holiday premiums, shift differentials and deductions, are defined in the scope with whoever runs payroll today. Employee records and history are imported from your spreadsheets at the start, so the system begins with the data loaded.

If one fits how you run payroll, use it, and we'll tell you so. Custom software makes sense when your shifts, differentials or pay rules don't fit the product's mold, or when the per-employee cost grows faster than the company.

The first version ships in under a month from when the scope is closed. Before you pay, you see a working demo with your company's payroll workflow.

Last step. Thirty minutes to understand how you operate and tell you what to build first.

No strings. You leave with a concrete recommendation, whether we go ahead or not.
