Where they started
At a professional club, squad information is scattered: the coaching staff builds the squad list in a spreadsheet, medical updates arrive over WhatsApp and contracts and loans sit in the board's folders. Knowing who was available for the weekend took several phone calls.
What we built
- Squad availability: who is fit, injured or suspended, with accumulated cards.
- Match squad selection built on the available players.
- Medical reports with each player's status and progress.
- Contracts and loans, with their expiry dates.
- Opponent analysis and **match day**.
- Youth teams and members, in the same system.
Where it is today
The system is used by two professional football clubs: one in Argentina's top division and one in Ecuador. Each works with its own squad and its own data.
