Cuadernia: the app that turns notebook pages into files, tasks and events
An iPhone app that scans the pages of a reusable notebook and sends them to Drive, turns them into tasks or adds them to the calendar, with AI to read handwriting.

Where they started
The client makes reusable notebooks: you write, digitize and erase. They needed the app to be part of the product, not just another scanner, so that handwritten notes end up organized where people need them.
What we built
- Scan one or several pages, with automatic or manual capture.
- Export to PDF, Word, Excel or JPG, and send to Google Drive or another destination while scanning.
- AI handwriting reading, to copy the text of a note.
- Calendar: dates written in the notebook are scanned, corrected and added to the month, synced with Google Calendar.
- Tasks: scan a list and every line becomes a task.
- In-app guides for every feature.
Where it is today
The app is live on the App Store alongside the client's notebooks, with frequent updates adding new features.
