| Operations | Evolution | Continuous | |
|---|---|---|---|
Hosting and database Updates, versions and capacity. | Managed | Managed | Managed |
Monitoring With an automatic alert if the system stops responding. | Yes | Yes | Yes |
Backups Daily, with one test restore per quarter. A backup that was never restored is not a backup. | Daily | Daily | Daily |
Bug fixes On what we built, with no cap on how many. | Included | Included | Included |
Development changes Adjustments and new features on the system. | — | Included | Included |
Response time During business hours. | 48 hours | 24 hours | 4 hours |
Monthly report What was done and what is still open. | — | Yes | Yes |
SEO positioning Articles written and published with their metadata, aimed at searches with buying intent. How many a month depends on the industry and how contested the keyword is: it is agreed at the start and reported monthly. | — | — | Included |
Technical site optimisation Speed, structured data, sitemap and whatever is blocking indexing. It is what gives the articles something to stand on. | — | — | Yes |
Ad campaign management Setting up, watching and adjusting the campaigns. The ad spend is NOT included: it is paid to the platform directly and the ad account stays in your name, same as the infrastructure. | — | — | Yes |
Direct channel WhatsApp with whoever built the system, with no front desk in between. | — | — | Yes |
Cost review Of performance and infrastructure, with the optimisations applied. | — | — | Quarterly |
What no plan covers
New modules and full redesigns
Those are a project and are quoted as one. A monthly plan that promises to build anything ends up building nothing well.
Infrastructure usage
You pay the provider directly and it stays in your name. It is cheaper than paying it through us and it does not tie you to us.
The ad spend
What is included is running the campaigns, not the budget put into them. It is paid to the platform directly and the ad account stays in your name: same rule as the infrastructure, and it is what lets you take them with you the day you want to.
On-call outside business hours
If the system needs it, it is arranged separately. Promising it in a plan would be promising something that cannot be sustained.
Does any of these look like what you need?
Half an hour, free, to understand what you need. If we can build it, you leave the call with the scope, the timeline and the price; if we can't, we tell you right there.
